scCERES screen of 3200 DHS implicated in cell proliferation in K562 cells
This is a sublibrary of the one designed for wgCERES, restricted to hit gRNAs (in distal DHSs, showing an effect on cell proliferation) in ~3,200 DHSs. Cells were transfected at a high MOI, with a median of 7 gRNAs per cell. The readout is single-cell RNA-seq, and includes data for both gRNAs protospacers and mRNA transcripts.

Whole genome CRISPR-dCas9-based Epigenomic Regulatory Eelement Screening is an experiment aimed to measure the impact of the KRAB effector (CRISPRi) in cell proliferetion. This assay tested around 10 guide RNAs (gRNAs) in all >100,000 DNase-seq Hypersensitive Sites (DHSs) identified in K562.
